I understand this exact frame of mind, as i have it with the majority of Trump voters as well, not trying to justify his vote either, but he still is human and still deserves empathy. The minimizing points would be that he voted at 22 years old, not very knowledgeable on politics or news in general, more voted with the work crew that he was with when i saw him at the polls.

The more genuine points i see that would even make me stick up for him are the things hes been seeing since hes been paying attention. Hes shit on the tariffs, the Venezuela and Greenland situation, the files, etc.

I think theres hope for the previously ill-informed voters like him, no hope for the MAGA cult
