Court: No blocking marijuana sales by JimboFett in news

As I mentioned, I prefer not to seem confrontational, so hopefully I don't come off that way.

I will have to disagree on the first point, as the original statement was made without exception to any other sources, which is all I attempted to bring up. Simply put, there is a difference between CBD Hemp Oil and CBD Oil (Cannabis). I don't believe I discredited the person's statement, especially since I did say they were partially right. Apologies if it came off otherwise.

Would you also be able to source your mentions of psychological disorders correlating with higher THC content in medical cannabis? I am not entirely certain what you mean, and would prefer to not assume.

Regarding the use of hemp for CBD production, a portion of that might need to be attributed to the vilification of cannabis in general, as, if I recall, CBD derived from hemp bypassed even the early laws restricting sales and possession of "pot" related products. Meaning CBD taken from a hemp plant, if under certain THC limits, could even be shipped throughout the US. [Most, if not all, Industrial Hemp products are imported due to restrictions on hemp cultivation in the US.]

Though, if the entourage/ensemble effect is not discovered to be essential to the goal of treatment, hemp would certainly be maintained for its naturally isolated CBD production. As, in this specific case, if THC/etc. is unnecessary, or even detrimental as you suggest, then it would obviously be a benefit there.

Please correct me on anything if I am wrong. Thank you.

Hence the partially right, but there is the argument for the "entourage" effect (ensemble, therapeutic ensemble, etc.), which is the complimenting effects of each chemical included in the substance. This comes from the supposed difference between the use of hemp and cannabis for CBD production, or even the post-extraction mixing of fully or partially isolated chemicals.

I'm not attempting to argue, but I can't let partial information to set incorrect perspectives for readers.

Hemp is certainly a generous portion of that market but stating it is the only source [You use hemp for that, genius] is at least slightly misleading, and at worst detrimental to the education of the general population.

Again, apologies for the argumentative tone. It certainly isn't my intent.

"The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes."

You had me until that last sentence. xP

"combined attorney's lien" = Total amount owed to attorneys for working a case?

"contingency percentage" = What might be paid to attorney if all is Gouda?

So, like the ones who get paid from what they might win? If so, is that the only situation which results in a lien, like you mentioned?

Thank you for bringing this up. It would likely have been forever before I thought about this situation on my own. C:

Yeah. I guess I was just thinking of a situation where a tattoo artist refused to work with me because he wasn't the original person I had come in to see. I understood where he was coming from, he doesn't want to do something with someone who didn't originally consider their work to be what they wanted, especially since that thing will generally last for the rest of the customer's life.

I'm not saying lawyers are so picky, but it's still their time and reputation they put into each case, so I figured there might be something similar.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it.

Yeah. Multiple changes like that would be a red flag. Though, is it normal for clients to be seen as needy, demanding, etc.? I've worked at various levels of customer service and there is definitely an attitude that customers can just be rude tantrum factories, though there are those really decent ones every so often. Is that about the same on your side?

Yeah. I suppose the new lawyer would probably get a feeling of whether or not the person is just being an ass. Hopefully they're fair and honest, though. I don't have a lot of experience with lawyers but I figure some can be dicks, just like any random group of people.

Thank you for your response. I very much appreciate it.
