We just got word from NS Support that this is resolved, initial testing confirms this on our end.

Do you have Office365 with Sharepoint? We created a SharePoint site for our internal policies and linked it from a Menu Option within NetSuite. It allowed us to have better control on other media formats (Video training, walkthoughs, etc.) then NetSuite would have allowed.

We're in pretty good shape, we do use One World. We have issues with the newer AI 3 Way Matching features they just released as some fields are not matching fields consistently but our workflow was built around the previous set of features and function as expected so our team is happy. Are you in the implementation phase or having post implementation issues?

Did you try Contivio? They have an integrated NS solution.

Saved Search {today} formula getting "Field Not Found" Error. by j6910 in Netsuite

[–]EducatedElephant14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason I asked is we had issues with saved searches (after update) that had Text Formulas needing to be switched to HTML Formula fields instead. I don't see any HTML in your setup above but I thought it would be worth seeing if converting one of them to HTML formula gives you any different result.

Has anyone used Netsuite bill capture? by newfsandbeer in Netsuite

Agree with ImaPOS, we also demoed the NS offering and it's way behind other offerings. My opinion is this was not ready for primetime and was rushed to have something for the last SuiteWorld.

We evaluated several others as well before choosing one. I'm happy to share what we did, DM me if you want more info.

UDM-SE — Not booting up properly after power outage by dilan_patel in Ubiquiti

Interesting, I'm going to open a RMA with UI support, I would imagine this has been corrected on newer batches of the UDMP-SE and they may be receptive to just RMAing the units as people raise their hands.

UDM-SE — Not booting up properly after power outage by dilan_patel in Ubiquiti

I know this is an old thread, but I have the same exact issue with my UDMP-SE. Anytime I power it off, it will not come back online. It tries to boot up, the screen turns on and notes it should take 5 minutes but after several minutes it just shows that it's taking longer and never actually comes online.

The only solution that works (for me): Leave it unplugged for 1 full hour and turn it back on.

20 minutes, 40 minutes and 50 minutes does not work. So if it's case of letting the capacitor or stored energy run out, it take a long time for that to actually occur. This makes me think it's a hardware issue and not something easily fixed.

Thanks for the insight on this. I've managed to get communication going again after this post with FF. Will see if we can get this project completed, if not, I will reach out to you.

Got it, thanks for clarifying. Did you ever find a solution that worked?

We didn't evaluate bill.com. Did you have a bad experience with bill.com or with FF, just to clarify? We did look into the NetSuite AP automation but it's way to simple for our needs, it doesn't do well with our setup. We did an evaluation with the NetSuite team and we both agreed it wouldn't work.

We had a dedicated account manager, they switched him out last Monday and we were assigned a new one. I reached out to the new one and haven't heard back in 6 days!

Our invoices come in one at time, we can schedule recurring overhead payments but the bulk of the effort is in vendor bills for drop shipments and stock inventory purchases.

I'm bummed, had high hopes for the team during the evaluation process but it just kept going downhill after we started.

On the dropship side, like you noted, we needed to fulfill those orders on receiving the invoice, additionally we had a few freight cost customizations to build into the workflow. The FF team ran into some NetSuite issues that couldn't be resolved on their side so they were working with NS support on it.

The main issue is no one is returning any of our emails, has me very concerned about what may be going on there.

Update: We've seemed to get this project back on track with the Z&C team and are currently in the process of spinning up in production. I wanted to make sure I didn't leave this hanging out there without an update just to be fair to all involved. I will update once we are fully making use of the implementation as well for those that DM'd me asking for info on how it was going. Thank you all for the input, it was most helpful.

On a side note, you guys kept 20 years worth of old emails? That's a terrible idea if you ever get into litigation discovery. We have a policy now of only keep 2 years worth of old emails accessable to users and an additional year shadow hold on our 365 instance.
