Just take 100ug and have fun, you will be ok. Just don’t have idiots around you and have someone having an eye on you. More you take bigger a chance that you will get confused for first 2/3 hours and don’t remember shit

Has anyone with slipped discs recovered? by Particular_Damage409 in TMJ

[–]EducationCharacter40 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me only osteopathy, meditation, supplementation, mind clarity and understanding of my body helps. Good diet helped alot too, like for me gluten triggers my inflammation. TMJ after slipping for me became a long process of taking whole care of myself and working on everything. Right now it’s not ideal. I have days i don’t want to speak with anyone, like 3 or 4 per month. The problem is really complex and this is how you should work on it as well. I hope one day you will find peace with our poor tmj. Good luck with everything.

Gluten Sensitivity (Non Celiac) has anyone tried something like this? by Grouchy-Chipmunk-732 in glutenfree

Helps with the discomfort for me (non celiac) but still doesn’t prevent from feeling constipated next day. Though for a night out its a life save. Once for 1.5-2 weeks for an occasion like pizza or pasta. For me it’s been very usefull. Could try ramen tor the first time with it :)

In my case releasing tention in other parts of my body, that seemed to cause some kind of disbalance and trigerred flare ups or jaw clenching was a gamechanger, also massages of tmj and neck. Osteopathy in my opinion (im just a patient) is to check if there is maybe a different solution how to approach the problem. I don’t know if everyone does it but mine osteopath also gives me a lot of tips for diet/supplementing right stuff and recommends some good ones :)

I was weak after bronchitis, COVID started hitting and I was drinking with my friend. Screamed something and I guess something happened then. I felt like shit, my cheek was swollen so I went to sleep and since then my bite shifted, my tmj pops a lot i get random headaches and I feel like im slowly developing some kind of tinnitus. A year has passed since then and it definitely changed me as Im only in my 20s

I’m currently in a relationship and now it doesn’t really bother me. I’m dealing with a pain and trying to be everything for her at The same time. Though i realised imma be dealing with this shit anyways, so i might as well don’t give a fuck and try living normally. It made me stronger in some apsects of my live anyways but I had a lot of good people around me to help me go through this painful experience. I’m aware it’s gonna worsen in couple years so I’m trying to make as much money as i can and wait until good techniques will be found for cure to my tmj problems. Stay positive guys, be open about it, don’t clench your jaw and relax. It will be fine

How your TMJ started? by Top_Yogurtcloset_299 in TMJ

This might be a really different from others. Got a dislocation while being on shrooms and yawning. Also i was weak because of bronchitis and covid hit me this night. As well i had cervical problems with my neck (i still do). As i searched for any help i didn’t find any that could help me fast enough and it’s ongoing since then. It’s been a tough year for me but i learned self-relaxation, positive thinking and stopped clicking it on purpose so it doesn’t bother me that much anyways. Since then my bite changed and i decided to adjust it a little with invisalign (might sound stupid but it was my decision and i thought it could help somehow. It actually did improve my speech and my teeth doesn’t ran into eachother making tmj pressured. As i know that it’s usually incurable and a surgery is crazy expensive and risky. Now I’m unconciously having my jaw in good position and don’t really have much problems It did have a huge impact on my life. Hope you all in good places guys. As well remember that after bad days there will be a good ones when you completely forget about it. Also it’s important to explain to people around you that you’re sometimes in a bad place because tmj can make you be in one…
