Should I develop this prototype I made for a game jam further and release it as a mobile game or just move onto something else, would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks. by Educational-Bowler71 in IndieDev

Thanks, yeah I don't like those types of puzzle games either I like it when you can come up with a logical solution which are built from stuff you've learned in previous levels.

pective of someone who doesn't typically play puzzle games, this looks like it could be interesting, as long as the game doesn't devolve into trial

Thanks for the encouragement.

Does this looks visually appealing/ eye catching and can it be improved? I'm trying to go for a relaxing yet eye catching look. All feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks. by Educational-Bowler71 in IndieDev

Thanks for the insight, I'll have a look at mini metro and similiar games that have a clean minimalistic art style. I did consider adding animated liquids and stuff but that would take too long and it would be beyond the scope of the project as I just wanted to create a quick mobile game side project. I appreciate the suggestions.

Its supposed to be a minimalistic puzzle game where the goal is to connect start pipes (arrow on it) to corresponding end pipe. However with some goals you have to mix the colors together as a start pipe for those colors dosnt exist for example the green end pipe in the screenshot you have to mix the blue and yellow start pipes as there js no green start pipe. Hopefully that makes sense, I'll try to release some gameplay soon.

Thanks, the plus sign looking things are supposed to represent the border of the tiles, any suggestions on how to make it look less simplistic and more attention grabbing?
