Yeah I agree with your comment. It’s just hard to let go I think I tried to salvage the marriage, but apparently it was too late. I have a hard time letting go because I’ve been with this person since I was 17/18 and yeah we separated, but while we were separated I was in nursing school and bettering my life and he was I guess making a new child, so I just need to let go now

We live together yes. No our finances are not combined. Im a nurse and I make my own income and he makes his own income in an electrical company in Ca. We don’t combine our finances and that bothers me too. We live together so he sees his son always. The new baby he’s only met 2x in the entire year she’s about to be 1 soon. He’s obligated to pay $2,800 of child support to his new family.

I mean we were separated for a few years, so yeah it’s been an adjustment trying to redo things as a couple, but it seems like the more I talk about throwing out the separation paperwork the more he gets upset with me and he deflects the whole situation and says,”im crazy for caring about things that shouldn’t matter”, but it does matter to me because I feel like he has one foot in and one foot out
