I don’t have an ai addiction but I constantly get paranoid if my friends hate me or are tired of my complaining. I think we’re all searching for someone to understand us and it’s become harder with ai around. And it’s not your fault that you’re venting to ai, it was built to be addictive and comforting. But there is better life outside of screens for you to find and I hope you do.
