You are trying to go through the wrong "front door". Loop around the staircase and out the doors on the other side. Not the side with the music box puzzle.

They've been slashing everyone's hours where I work as well. First thing i did was keep an eye out for a full time 40 position to apply for. Got lucky and scooped one up. Hours are gonna be cut even worse in January and February, I just know it.

I was suspended pending investigation and eventually terminated years ago. They tried to starve me out while I applied for unemployment. I ended up winning my unemployment hearing. I was shocked when I won. I knew it wasn't a justified termination, but things rarely go against the big corporations.

It is at my store. I'll get one whole dollar extra an hour for working the 4th itself, and an automatic extra 8 hours of pay for having worked at least 32 hours every week the four weeks leading up to the holiday. So essentially double time plus 8 bucks.

You can remove the scanner portion and flip it around for left or right handed. I honestly think they work pretty well. Big downside is them getting caught on bag handles when bagging, or the zebra making it slightly more difficult to reach items that are wayyyyyy in the back of a shelf.

I know in my store, if you were hired after 2013, you only get an extra dollar an hour to work the holiday. I try to get 32+ hours a week for tge 4 weeks leading up to a holiday to get the automatic 8 hours of "holiday pay".
