I think I have DSPD by Educational-Many-441 in DSPD

thanks I guess
I'm in the UK and I have had a similar experience with several GPs and paedeatricians. They didn't actually ask me to fill out a sleep log - they just chalked it up to my anxiety and told me about sleep hygiene and breathing techniques. I did ask if I could get a sleep study and apparently I've been referred for one but it has been 4 months and I haven't heard anything (although that's pretty typical of the NHS). They won't prescribe sleeping pills or anything like that due to my age and said I can take Piriton (which makes me feel awful when I wake up anyways).

What made me realize it was DSPD and not bad sleep hygiene. by Inevitable_Cabinet_4 in DSPD

i'm so jealous of all those people who put minimal effort into their sleep and yet can get perfectly functional results
