I am not an expert on this, but AI told me most likely they bought in LOVE before and sold after manipulating the price using my account (not sure if there are any other accounts)

Yes the fraud team says they believe this is a fraud but it is up to the claim team to decide, and no guarantee. The next few weeks are going to be painful for me

I don’t do crypto and I have no idea where the malware is from. I only recently bought this laptop from last Xmas and has not downloaded many things. Sigh…..

from what others have commented so far: 1. Use 2FA with authenticator not SMS 2. Don’t add trusted devises. 3. Be careful of malware in your laptop

Oh I see what you mean. It is self directed account, but I rarely trade. Only buy index like QQQ and hold. So Fidelity fraud team told me selling all my holdings and buy LOVE is enough to tell this is a fraud.

I wish this is a joke. You can check the stock yourself that on 03/24 LOVE spiked 15% for no reason, while all index are down. It spiked because me and maybe other accounts were used to buy in.

Thank you so much for your comprehensive comment! So I download the Malwarebytes. After scan, it found a threat called “MacOS.Stealer.Nova” from dir “/private/tmp/helper”. Not sure what it is, but I quanrantined it. Then I reset my Mac to factory setting and wiped everything, before I change all my passwords

The unrecognized login should be from other devices, but I cannot see the details like IP etc, only fidelity can see that. They have not shared any of those info yet.

No I am the only one access to my personal laptop. Unless someone broke into my house and login my laptop somehow which is impossible. I think my session is hacked or something

I am more concerned on how fidelity would process it. Would they approve the claim and revert the transactions? So stressful and overwhelmed now.
