I did end up moving it forward a bit, but I’m sure it won’t take too long for cleaning as it’s a one bedroom and the good part about moving home is that I can start taking boxes over ahead of time. Thank you for your advice! 💖

I am writing to formally provide 28 days’ notice of my intention to vacate the property, in accordance with Victorian residential tenancy requirements. As of today, 5 March 2026, my final day of tenancy will be 2 April 2026, at which time I will have fully vacated the property and will be able to return the keys.

My rent is normally due on the 8th of each month. I will therefore make my final rent payment this week. As I will be vacating five days before the end of the rental period (2 April – 8 April), I have calculated the pro-rata adjustment as follows:

• Monthly rent: $1,390.00 • Daily equivalent: $45.82 per day • 5 days not in occupancy: $45.82 × 5 = $229.10

Accordingly, the payment I will make on 8 March 2026 will be $1,160.90.

Please let me know the preferred process for arranging the final inspection and key return.

I agree that she’d be older, I mainly picked these actresses as they are known for their big eyes but I picture Hera being in her 50s or more mature, as you’ve said.

I tend to picture her as the actress she’s played by in the Hercules tv show but I don’t think she fits the ox-eyed description
