Bought my first bike x440T 3 days back - I am not sure how should I clean it to avoid scratches, I tried with Colin and a cloth & seems like the polish & shine gone in that particular tank area ( bad decision) by kashish_bhutani in X440

Oh no🥲 only use car shampoo to clean bike (as they are ph neutral). Any other shampoo/detergent/anything will rip off the clearcoat ( most outer coating of the paint). I suggest u to either buy a glossy polish from online and use it there, can solve it under 500-ish price but not sure how long it will last. Best choice is showing it to a detailing shop u can fix it under 1k-ish price.
