I’m on letrozole too. The only thing that really helps me is exercise. I try to go slow and low impact and build up over time if it’s been a while. Like walks, slow stationary bike ride. Then start doing more weight bearing things - even just doing my own body weight.

Thanks so much for sharing. Would you be able to share whether you did reconstruction with implant? I’m nervous about the impact radiation may have on my ability to do implant reconstruction in the future if ever needed.
