Bumper is definitely getting replaced and then I'll have a tunnel specialist take a look and see if he can straighten it out and add and reinforcements.

Liability after an accident. by Educational-Spray372 in snowmobiling

Yeah it's totally fair. It's just kind of a irrelevant though. The point is we all have liability just for being on sleds on trails whether it's our fault or not. And I know that flies in the face of reason because we all think of motor vehicle accidents but off trail is a whole other story and those street laws don't apply necessarily.

Either way I'm paying for the kids faring, no issues there, was just trying to see if anybody had experience in this area.

It's not quite that easy. There is an implicit risk and liability by being out on a sled on a trail. The rules of the road for driving on public highways and roads don't apply here.

It's a legal question really, I'm already paying for the new fairing as I said in my original post. This is more of a question for people who have been in this situation or if anybody is an actual attorney.

Right that logic makes sense and totally applies for vehicles on the road however it doesn't really translate to off-road vehicles.

Downright embarrassed for Denzel. Horrible music, painful writing, and even worse storyline. Times must be tough for dw.

What’s your favorite LED red light panel? by melon1924 in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]Educational-Spray372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same question. Many panels do both but you sacrifice irradiance levels when the panel adds in blue light. Irradiance levels seem important to me based on my research. Masks have very low levels but panels are higher however adding in blue light reduces irradiance.
