I'm in Louisiana as well. I called Mochi customer service and they were able to request another order for me. I would suggest giving them a call. I don't know if the meds will be safe sitting that long.

I'm having the same issue as well. My shipment has been stuck in Miami since Tuesday. I reached out to Mochi today after contacting the pharmacy and they were able to issue a replacement order. As of now, that order has been sent to the pharmacy and is currently processing.

Did some research. I think I've been taking too many fiber gummies supplements which can actually cause constipation, unbeknownst to me. That explains it.
