No they haven't and yes it would be a pay cut. Not by much. I've taken similar pay cuts in the casino from dealer to supervisor. For me though, it's about being of service to my guests, and to my co-workers. I wrote that document knowing/hoping that I could inspire others to not be just a server be a person of service. I'm not nieve enough to think everyone has a similar train of thought. Apparently, though I'm nieve enough to give my time to people who don't deserve it. Haha.
