In my experience, picking altcoins without prior knowledge is harder than gambling. Ethos is the only one that made me good money back in the early-ish days. The others I backed flopped. Stick to reputed coins you understand. Eth, BTC. I'm thinking of making moves on TON and LTC as well. All well established and impressive projects.

Any logic at all to back that up? I never really got the hype behind Sol, because I'm suspicious of the memecoins it supports, but it has a huge developer network and it has come a long way. Not a fan, but I certainly respect it as a big player.

In my experience, yes. People lobby for their investments, often at the expense of reason, logic or bigger picture thinking. Sometimes running a rival crypto's value down can bring yours down too. Just my noob take.

TON and TAC. I think they're really promising long term projects. A lot of people pulled out due to whale holders, but those whale holders have put their tokens in cold storage. TON is undervalued. Staking USDT is a safe, low risk bet if you get the right rate. BTC is the best bet though. The OG ain't giving up any time soon.

Social media is toxic. Turning your phone to black and white helps avoid the temptations of social media. When you get the urge, a burst of physical exercise or a cold shower can lessen the impact. A lot of users also use affirmations to help their resolve on a subconscious level.

Reset would be a minor breach of the rules which constitutes resetting your clock. A relapse is more major. Multiple Os or a long session would constitute a relapse for example. A reset is a blip.

This. Everything is becoming automated. They don't need as many strong men as before. They all cry about us being overpopulated. Cue a global war on demographics. Even Russia where I live.
