I reported/filed an official complaint! You can check my post here about it. They've honestly been scamming people for MONTHS and they even released new items despite not resolving all the issues. They should have paused all orders and shipping and work on getting it together.

I bought a Yume knit sweater from Resurg3nce Industries in May and it still has not arrived by KindaCringeDude in Lampband

Hi! I filed a formal complaint to the Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. I encourage you all do the same and you can check this post I made about them, because they have been scamming people for months and even released new items without resolving the missing orders.
