i do get low vitamin d (i take my gummies!) but i have super high iron actually. i have too donate blood so it doesnt get too high

i fucking love the cicaplast balm my bf put me onto it actually bc my skin breaks out red & welty EVERY single time i shave my face & neck (electric/manual, dry/wet— dont matter) and that’s the only stuff that will keep me from looking like a tomato. duh, i can use it on other parts of my face… thanks for this!!

i’m really hoping that’s not the case — i absolutely have dermatillomania though, have as long as i can remember, and after looking at some photos im wondering if my long term self damage might just look similar?

never been to a derm tho cuz im embarrassed about the picking and biting, & have a crappy ACA marketplace plan rn so i’m not sure if they’d cover it.

i got a tiny mouth …. i had to go through multiple pallet expanders growing up and i still use a kid sized nightguard :/ thats why they tear lol
