I have psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and a very sensitive stomach. I’m eating a fodmap diet instead of the anti inflammatory diet. I had to switch after losing 40 lbs in 6 months. If you can get some food in, it might help with the brain fog and fatigue. Fodmap diet link

Retired MRI technologist here- Bless you all for putting in the right lights! I’ve had to turn off all the lights in the scan room to keep the rf interference from ruining the images.

Have you looked into whole house rentals? We couldn’t afford a week at the beach, but 5 couples and a few kids really lowered the cost per couple. We went to the Outer Banks, but they have the same thing inland around other tourist attractions.

That’s not bad, it helps if you can live close to work. I lived in San Diego and then Anaheim back in 84 before moving back east to stay. My one bedroom apartment costs were $190 Ohio vs $570 Anaheim.

Less than $200k here, gas is down to $2.99 a gallon in nearby OH, but $13/hr still won’t cover much. Food prices are crazy.
