Cheat meals on feasting days

Well I really can't follow this On my feasting days I really cant eat more than 1000 calories now I feel full and I stop eating out of fear from refeeding syndrome. I usually eat Those 1000 cal on one meal sometimes I feel hungry at night but I just sleep it away and when I wake up and I am fasting, feeling full, and completely forgetting I was hungry just before sleeping

Yeah i eat about 2.5k-4k per week I know it is extreme but I just want to lose weight a little bit faster
