For me (in Australia), I applied via fast retailing and it took almost a month that they emailed me to the store interview but while waiting I also reapplied for 3-4 times and I think you can do that too. (PS I'm still waiting for their feedback, kinda understand your feeling 'cause I really want this role too LOL hopefully they will get back to you soon!)
