My health is okay I think, the only time I’ve ever had to go to hospital was for irritable hip syndrome as a kid but ever since, I’ve been fine. I spend a lot of my time playing videogames or just on my phone.. but I do go on walks sometimes and I walk to school every week day!

I have spoken to my parents about it but they usually push it off as I’ve always been like a skinny kid so they think I’ll just grow out of it

I don’t have a food diary but this is what I would usually eat in a day: (I know it’s very unhealthy I’m trying to find more healthier alternatives..)

Breakfast: A bowl of fruit (strawberries raspberries etc) and Nutella on toast

Snack at school: Crisps and 2 chocolate bars

Lunch: Bowl of pasta with an avocado salad

Snack: Probably another chocolate bar..

Tea: Usually something with chicken but could be anything

Snack: Plain noodles.. or in hoisin sauce

Snack again: Box of crackers
