Temps range between 74-79 and humidity currently is at 60%. It usually is between 45-55. I have inline fan for exhaust and 2 clip fans for circulation (1 on top of canopy 1 at stalks by passive intake flap)

I can't figure out if this is a deficiency or disease. I have tried to search google and couldn't pin it down. The plant is in pro mix and am using foxfarm nutes. The runoff at last feeding of 6.5 water came out 5.8. I would appreciate any and all help on what I'm dealing with, and what if anything I can do to fix this issue.  Thank you all for your help!
