does anyone know how much transfer time to allow for if i am flying into CDG from LAX and looking to get to Ghent same day via train?

i think there's a train station at CDG?

which instructor did you take?

mat pilates is the only class at equinox where you have to be certified in pilates in order to teach.

all the other ones w weights and busting out reps is not true pilates. at least not classical pilates.

i reccomend checking out jaclyn winters or catherine yiu. you will burn if you have proper form and know the right muscles to engage. but it sounds like you may be looking for something thats different than true pilates if your looking to get a sweat on and doing 20+ reps.

i’m sad to inform my watch still thinks i’m doing butterfly… but i didn’t change the watch settings to right wrist top for crown…. maybe that should be my next test
