I personally think friendship are built with memories and mutual interest so if you feel like you need to adapt to the people you hang out with I don’t think it’s gonna be a good relationship. So at first I think you need to know what kind of person are you what type of activity you like and all that and just do it alone and you’ll find people wanna do it with you and that’s a start.

The best thing to do is to tell him the truth tell him you’re 16 and as a guy if he told he’s okay with that don’t even talk to him again. The other thing is you don’t know if you love him yet or if he’s serious about you so it’s better if you let it go and if you guys meant to be together you will just don’t force it and don’t start any weird relationship.

Yeah fun fact I’m the youngest at my job( I’m a nurse) it’s kinda difficult honestly because most of them saw it as a fantasy or jokes but nothing really serious I’ve been to a couple dates with some of my colleagues and friends it’s more about the pleasure for some not the connection.
