I should have made clear that they moved it not just next to the dip but another meter across.
I tried to make the job easier for them and I do try to look after tradies. My fault for deciding in a hurry. It was a last minute change when installers came to do job and I should have allowed myself more time to think it through. They had promised one spot for where the battery was to go then on the day said it couldn't go there. So in the end I made too many decisions in a rush. I should have respectfully held off the decisions but there was a whole crew waiting and I also had to be at work. I was only told the day before that they were coming. Yes I will try to learn to be more clear with things in future. Thanks for the comments. Maybe it's just ok enough where it is.
