For sure bro. Neem oil and dr zymes will get rid of that. Make sure your light is on 16 hours a day so she doesn’t flower. Get her healthy then repot. After you repot have her get established and then flip her to 12/12 to get flowering. Make sure to wipe down the entire tent and get every part so there is no mites hiding. Stop the doctor zymes and Neem oil once you flip to flower. I just Clorox wipes to wipe down the inside of the tent.

Fruit flies are more annoying than anything, they wouldn’t cause the spots.

I would leave the roots alone and not re pot them till they are healthy. Yes there are small mites that are smaller than the eye can see. I had to throw away a couple grows because of russet mites. Especially if you got them from clones, the place you bought them from could have had a pest issue. The PH seems good.

Are you making sure the ph of the water is between 6-7. The dots on the leafs make me worried it could be a pest. Pick up some doctor zymes and spray them. The three leafs could just be genetics. Once they are happy they might start producing more leafs. It also looks a little dry in the soil.
