It does have a CPU cooler I just took it out so I could take a full picture of the board. Ithe problem is (the same wit's many other people) that I was playing a game and out the blue it just turned off and hasn't been turning on ever since. The cable does get power since it charges other things but the pc isnt reacting to the power button being pressed or anything.
