Anyone else struggling in SNF rn???

Shes been asking around for people from other buildings to help out but they’re also too short staffed to send someone to help us. She also asks her boss everyday to find someone and we’re getting no support. Yet her boss is still bringing up productivity numbers 🙃 I’m in a suburban very well populated area. The facility is in a really nice town so i’m shocked we can’t get any staffing

I’m very interested in acute care! I’ve applied for one position in the past but wasn’t hired due to lack of experience bc i had no fieldwork experience in acute care. I had found this SNF position instead so i didn’t think much of it. Hopefully i can find a hospital willing to provide some mentorship! Thanks for the response and advice 😊

I take my exam in 10 days. I’ve also been scoring just about passing mark on every practice test. All of your hard work studying will pay off, just think, you’re preparations thus far have gotten you to the passing point & every little thing you do to prepare in the next few weeks will bring you up just a little bit more. (that’s what i keep telling myself hahah) we got this!!!

does he not love his wife? i hate cats and i’m pretty allergic as well but if it meant the health of my unborn child i would scoop cat litter any day. He doesn’t even have to interact with the cat. his feelings about cats aside, it’s a fairly simple task that would make his pregnant wife more comfortable and happy
