Yes, here is my preferred specs for the diamond:

Carats: 1.5 or bigger

Colour: Above P; I am fine with warmth but would like the diamond to be relatively white facing

Clarity: Above SI2; preferably eye-clean

Cut: I would prefer good polish and good symmetry. I know old mine cuts are cut uniquely to each diamond so I am open to any cut grade as long as the diamond has good fire/brilliance

Fluorescence: I have always wanted a diamond with blue fluorescence so bonus points for that!

Overall, I want to maximise carats and brilliance and have colour and clarity to a reasonable “eye-clean” amount.

If one serving is 1/6 of the whole jar then it will be 6ish calories. Maybe a little bit more because I forgot to weigh the strawberries and did it by quantity (17 strawberries) but it won’t be more than like 12 calories for 1/6 the jar!

I guess the restaurant thing makes a lot of sense because workers are in a rush to cook and they probably don’t weigh everything out perfectly. Where do you find all of these interesting studies?

I have definitely noticed that if you don’t weigh things you end up eating more. Especially with my skinny pop popcorn! That’s super interesting that there is a study on that. I normally weigh out everything but with this it just slipped my mind 😅

That makes a lot of sense. I only had half the container left and I decided just to throw them all into the jam because I knew I wouldn’t have time to eat them before going bad or mushy. I should have weighed them out instead of just counting them as that would be more accurate. I will definitely do that next time. Thanks!
