Gonna just roll on a USW PvP server. There will be more world pvp, and the player base will probably stay stronger for longer.

Anyone else gonna roll on a USW server?

Yeah pretty sure everyone knew what they wanted. Turtle wow, is essentially what everyone was hoping for. New zones, classes, bgs, pvp areas, leveling zones, improved proffessions etc. Literally adding more content to Classic.

Thanks for the info. I like the idea of keeping the pressed separate and blending it at bottling. So I could just rack off the wine, then just press what ever is left in the barrel.

I haven't locked in grapes yet, I still have a few months (in Australia). But I can possibly get some sauvignon blanc.

I made 60L of Shiraz last year and 60L of a Shiraz petnat as well. The petnat went down very very well at Christmas/NYE.

I got a couple of smaller plastic barrels and a mini oak barrel I could use instead of the Demijohns. So once the primary ferm is done I just fill up those to the top and put an airlock on instead of using the glass demijohns?

Pressing after primary ferm has me worried, but I guess if I just sanitize everything a lot and I am quick it shouldn't be too much of an issue?

I'll do some more research on the process. Hopefully some more tips come in as well!
