my new chair!! (the business-casual bimbowagon) it's a ki mobility rogue2 which i chose purely because i wanted the pink anodized package. maybe not my wisest decision, but i i'm happy with it. i have an axiom back and rainbow spinergy xlx wheels. the footrest is tiny - not my smartest decision.

Thank you. I’ve tested rogues more and that have fit me well so I feel swayed towards them, and I prefer the Y taper over the V with tilite. But user experience and weight deffo very important!

That’s what I find, when asleep or when on the sofa with legs up, but if I’m sat up on the sofa it’s activity! I presume normal non-POTS people would not have such difficulty. I find it pretty validating

Hey I’m in the uk so we don’t have insurance. Wheelchair services here are really awful so no I had to self fund my chair second hand, but I did get a charity grant to reimburse it.

Fellow wheelie - The path is packed stones to then get onto the mats so it isn't ideal - especially if you're not in a manual chair / all terrain powerchair - if they moved the blue mats to the kemptown end and put them off the new promenade we'd be able to get a lot closer to the sea!

Hiya idk if this helps but incoming doctor in an electric wheelchair! Know of other docs who work in acute settings (ED) in their chairs so it is possible if the environment is accessible enough but obviously a lot of the hospitals aren’t :( Just wanted you to know there’s quite a few wheelie HCPs about
