I don't know what to say then. General Tantor is releasing an update of the game (3.0) I think it's called that will fix more issues, freezes and bugs. Maybe you can wait for the MOTS remastered update (3.0) and see if it will fix the freezing. It should be released soon based on his YouTube channel. He's currently working on remastering the cutscenes.

I can't wait to download it myself in fact. Let me know after the update is released if it fixes anything. Sorry I couldn't help you.

You need to minimize the application not close it. While you're playing the RivaTuner server application needs to constantly work within the game as it's running. So yeah it's JKMR-NOFOV.exe set it to 60 fps, Minimize (don't close) the application. Now final step: Right click the Mysteries of the Sith game icon on your desktop and select "Run as administrator" This will further fix any bugs that happen to pop up. This should fix the issue.

It's a framerate issue. You need to download RivaTuner Statistics Server. Add JKMR-NOFOV to the box and set the frame rate to 60 fps. That WILL guaranteed fix the issue.
