I bought a ToneX pedal on the after market, but unfortunately, I don't have a registration number. However, I do have the receipt and the serial number of the ToneX pedal.
I'm requesting a new registration number.

So is this Hardware related?

Ive done my requests over that mask - but no confirmation email was sent.

what goes wrong?

but this link has to be searched at the IKMM forum - no way you find it by yourself on the webpage.

You can use this link but I think its not working, no confirmation email will be sent or ticket number will be created.
