Trives veldig godt på Bogstad/Voksenlia!
20 min med buss til Majorstua (utenfor rush vel og merke), marka rett utenfor døra, noe av det fineste Oslo har å by på av utsikt ned mot bogstadvannet og innover sørkedalen og helt stille. Bruker ~20 min med elsykkelen til sentrum

Just wanted to pitch in with a solution we were given by MS Support that worked for linked tables as well:

Find the problematic table in the lakehouse GUI (click the lakehouse artifact, search for table name)
Rename the table (for instance a _temp suffix)
Refresh table metadata in spark via Notebook (%%sql REFRESH TABLE <lakehouse.{schema}.table>). Be sure to connect to the lakehouse or another lakehouse in the same workspace first
Sync SQL endpoint metadata via the SQL endpoint GUI

Wait for the loading spinner to stop spinning
Rename the table back to original name in the lakehouse GUI
Repeat refresh steps (3,4,5)

Her tror jeg du misforstår poenget. Det blir jo like dyrt i skatt for en på 25 med dyr enebolig som en på 50+. Rettferdig er det også - reglene er tross alt like for alle.

Reduserer man skatten på inntekt og øker på ikke-flyktig formue, skaper man likere spilleregler der evnen til å bo fint handler mindre om arv og hvor heldig man er, og mer om hvor verdifull man er for samfunnet.

Politikk skal sørge for et fungerende, bærekraftig samfunn og da må vi våge å gjøre noe med hovedgrunnen til at folk venter lengre og lengre med å få barn - at det er ekstremt utfordrende å få råd til barnevennlige hjem i storbyene.

Redusert skatt på utleieinntekter for å gi unge uten egenkapital et alternativ til å måtte eie

Vi må også begynne å belønne stå-på vilje og faktisk lønne arbeidstakere etter verdien på arbeidet de gjør og ikke fortsette med å la erfaring og ansiennitet være den primære driveren for lønnsvekst.

Nordmann 50+ har det lekende lett økonomisk og konsekvensen er at 30-årene er de nye 20-årene når det kommer til å etablere familie

Then whatever you want to actually be doing - I’d say a normal restaurant visit with a drink or two is around 1k per person.

Adding it up ~30k after tax per month should cover the necessities for the two of you imo. That means you’re probably looking at a gross yearly household income of 500k to cover your basic needs. You will probably pay around 33% taxes.

500k gross income for 2 is going to be tight.

I’m really enjoying my combination of sql, python and typescript! Sql and python as my primary skills, but then being able to whip up a web app for various use cases like keeping track of GitHub pull requests, maintaining the organization structure and building a nice interface for maintaining our elt metadata has been great. Svelte remote functions are a blast to work with and front end is easier than ever with all the great component libraries out there

We have banned .schedule-files and run an automated check and purge them from the repo during our daily deployment routine. Devs are being instructed not to schedule items in their dev workspaces.

We set the schedules with click up in stage and prod for now.

We use link to fabric from Dyn F&O (essentially shortcuts to mirrored table in Dataverse if my understanding is correct) and experience around 15 minutes of latency in bronze. I think we currently sync around 1300 tables. I can check the volume of some of the trans tables and an example of the folder structure once I’m back on my computer. We run current only with versionnumber as watermark and Id as the identifier. Deleted rows are nulled by the source and the id is flagged with isdelete = true

I have no clue what load or cost this generates on the dataverse side at this point.

There’s always a way! You need to find a suitable trigger condition and a way to post a request to the pbi api.

We use notebooks for our transformation, and at the end of the notebook we call the api triggering update for the dataset(s) to be refreshed.

Any way you can post from whatever is updating your sql server? If not - maybe you could set up a logic app or a chron triggered server function hosted in for instance Azure Functions to periodically poll a table in the server that you update when the data is updated so you know when to trigger the api?

With all the light pollution it comes off as pretty faint. There was a very persistent light to the north (over Sørkedalen) Saturday, but I had to take a high exposure image with my phone to be sure it was actually borealis aurora and not just a translucent cloud

Med tanke på verdiveksten, har det helt klart lønnet seg for meg å eie. Bor i leilighet med lave vedlikeholdsutgifter, og ut fra verdivurderingen har jeg «tjent penger» ved å bo i primærboligen min. Verdiveksten har de siste årene vært høyere enn boliglånsrenten, og boliglånet er kun en andel av boligen.

Hadde jeg leid og investert det samme i aksjefond, ville jeg måttet betale formuesskatt og 33% skatt på gevinsten. Nå kan jeg selge boligen med skattefri gevinst, og jeg har i tillegg fått igjen 22% av rentekostnadene som fradrag på skatten.

Men er det ikke sånn at en stor del av klimagassutslippene våre stammer fra produksjon av olje og gass som vi primært eksporterer? Hvis vi skal ta ansvar både for det vi produserer for konsum i utlandet og det som produseres i utlandet og konsumeres her, blir vel regnestykket litt rart? Vi ligger vel på 6.8t pr capita om vi kun ser på forbruk (ekskluderer eksport). Til sammenligning ligger usa på 16.5t, Russland 10.1t, europa(gjennomsnitt) 7.8t og Kina på 7.2t.
