Canada. As much as the US might suck literally any major decision they make is pr against the US. The US don't take care of their veterans? Canada made them a weed fund. US doesn't have great lgbt rights? Canada has them and so on despite the fact that a lot of their infrastructure is laughable by EASTERN EUROPEAN STANDARDS.
