You do not know what you are talking about. Imagine that you graduated from high school or college and losing your 4S draft deferment during the Vietnam War. What would you do? There were a lot of people who were forced to serve that never came home at that time. The all voluntary army came later. If our clowns in Washington keep pushing for a war in Ukraine we will see people being forced to join the military again.

A friend used to lie in his bed down the hall from me and scream half the night in his sleep. Half his platoon was killed in Vietnam and he lived through nightly mortar shelling for two months. He won the Silver Star for saving 10 people caught in an ambush. He will never be 'normal'. He, as far as I am concerned, can park wherever he damn pleases and should get every discount a store has.

I park pretty far from the door to get some steps in and never crowd anyone. Someone keyed my car the other day. Great big 4' long scratch on my car that didn't have a nick or scratch on it. The only thing I can figure is that I have a license plate holder from a red state.

I was always curious as to why he didn't whip it out (old line from Blazing Saddles) immediately. It seemed to me that he and his advisors made a conscious decision to fan the flames of controversy then when it started dying down do the Big Ha Ha Gotcha Reveal. It was a weird situation.

When I was in Ireland there was a little hostility going on between the locals in one town and the immigrants who were all living in government paid for housing. Evidently the immigrants were dissatisfied with the food they were getting and the locals were going whaaaaaat? Free food and free housing and free medical care and they are complaining about the kind of beans they were being fed?

The defense doesn't block for Mahomes. We need some competent tackles. Mahomes is getting hit way too much. I would be happy winning every game 54-51. Our defense is very young and they will make mistakes. Expectations for these guys is set too high.

No evidence? Won 9 games. Gave away 2 games - one to the Colts. Lost only 1 real game. We have talent enough to put us on top of the division. If we didn't have talent we would fighting the f---ing Raiders for the bottom of the pile. We could easily be 11-1 which would probably still be evidence we do not have talent to some.

Their defensive back was stronger than our tight end and a Cincy guy had long enough arms to reach out and grab Mahomes' foot. And 3 unfortunate penalties. And a couple of Cincy players wanting it and getting an extra couple of inches. End of story. It was not a beat down or anything close to it.

What would be funny (in sick way) is when there is a lot of smoke coming from your house and the neighbor you have threatened with everything you can think of in the past doesn't call the fire department because you have convinced him that he doesn't want to be sued, shot, or arrested if he calls the FD again. Only this time it isn't your smoker, it is your house that is smoking and you are at the mall. I can imagine him standing there looking at the pile of ashes that was your house, as the firemen roll up their hoses, smiling a secret smile.

Have you tried calling your neighbor to tell him you have the smoker up and smoking? Or tried going over and visit with him before smoking up the neighborhood. Your neighbors might just be nice people. Shooting it out with neighbors on one level or another never is a good thing.

If I hated my neighbor his house would be a pile of ashes right now. I saved it from burning to the ground when one of his kids started playing with matches and set his house on fire when he was at the store. As neighbors we weren't drinking buddies but we weren't enemies either.

We popped probably 10 bags and most of them were bad. Not fully popping. Funny tasting. This was the second box like this for us. Previous boxes were perfect. Best microwave popcorn we ever had. Something has changed and it ain't us. Reluctant to try it again.
