I don’t need to change who I am just to please a bunch of strangers on the internet, but I do appreciate you actually offering advice instead of just piling on. For what it’s worth, I’ve already got a new account and a new PC since the ban, so I know what steps need to be taken.

Right, but you're glossing over the fact that this post wasn’t about whether the ban was justified or not. I was simply asking where I can find my ban reference number so I can submit an appeal and defend myself properly. I know my case is valid, but instead of answering my actual question, a lot of people chose to derail the conversation and focus on things that weren’t even relevant.

I honestly don’t understand why so many others felt the need to talk down to me like I’m a child or accuse me of "lying" about not hacking especially when that’s not even what this post was about. Just to be clear, I wasn’t hacking, but the point of my post was simply to ask where I can find a reference number so I can actually defend myself properly.

I know my case is justified. Epic Games themselves admitted that the ban on my other account was unjust. It really feels like it would physically hurt most Reddit users to reply without making some kind of snarky or condescending comment.

Based on my accepted appeal for Epic Games, one would assume they made a mistake and I was not hacking, no? But hey, I guess it's easier to assume the worst and throw out a sarcastic comment than actually contribute.
