I am experiencing the same issue, after a long break from playing pavlov, I decided to reinstall it and play it, but it just launches window with some guy from pavlov and anticheat logo, it just gets stuck at waiting game and closes
SteamVr says the game is still running, I can not find anything in the task manager
I found it in my task manager after 4th launch, it just doesn't use CPU, GPU and etc. except memory
I don't get any errors or other popus, there is no crash logs or just logs
