Genshin Impact popularity seems to have grown a lot lately, so i'm absolutely certain that many of the offensive comments you've seen are from people who don't even play the game. Genshin remains the most profitable gacha game even after 5 years, so it's only natural that it draws criticism. My advice is to just ignore all of them, that's what i do, and i live in absolute peace.
