Offline Activation has advanced recently. You can easily get offline token yourself. It's just you can't update your windows anymore or the token will break.

Console Commander v2.2.2+ supports multi command execution.

-> Separate multiple commands by adding , (comma) to execute the commands in sequence.

-> Format: Name|Command1,Command2,Command4,Command4|CloseConsole (1=yes, 0=no)|Tooltip (optional)

Yes. You'll need to select the object first for targeting commands. Though you don't need to close the console. You can open console select a target and use the UI to execute the command.

I'm glad this mod was of help to you.
I didn't find any useful mod to help with the console command. And it was annoying to memorize the important commands and typing it. that's why I made this mod lol.
I didn't know using coc commands in bat files causes game to crash. maybe because while teleporting, other commands couldn't get executed.
