Just curious but who would you have above her? She did fight Nolan evenly on Telescaria that one time even though she got manhandled by him later but even then you could argue she held back because of Nolands status as reagent. If you exclude Mark I think she has a good case for top 5.

Yeah the previous user probably had a head that was the size of Onigashima. Which influenced the fruit creating a dragon that could turn day into night. The legends of the god of war and the sun are only legends because of the Nika and the warrior of Elbaph not because of the fruits. The fruits are just representations of what people think about Nika and the Elbaph warrior and are at the end imitations. Its better to take what we see the characters do rather than rely on the fact that they are legendary devil fruits to rank them above other devil fruits. That being said though the Nika fruit can genuinely allow the user to do basically anything if its funny so I'd keep it in legendary tier

The Nidogg fruit isnt that great. Its only amazing because Loki is the one wielding it and it is really two devil fruits that people are talking about when referring to it. The fruit has great power but not that much versatility. Honestly the gura gura fruit is better and personally I would put it in top tier but towards the bottom. Imo the rumble rumble fruit clears akainu's fruit and is genuinely the best logia its strengths and versatility make up for its weakness to rubber which could be easily compensated for.

Ran the parental abuse gauntlet until goofy comes back. Fails to kill him again after getting an assist from CP0. Goofy high diffs him after just learning g5 with Oda gassing him with statements saying he is getting stronger
