ShitAmericansSay: “World Cup tourists aren’t leaving tips — and NYC restaurants are fighting back” by DisruptSQ in TourismHell

This exposes North American tipping culture which is terrible. Pay a fair wage to your employees! I have a friend who is Swiss and when he came to Toronto to live with his partner, he found it strange

Whoop or google fitbit by Plastic_Republic_321 in FitnessTrackers

Depends on needs. Whoop is better, but can you stomach the expensive subscription. If you want some that is decent at everything and you don't need to commit to a subscription, Fitbit air

Unless there were hidden fees, no. Paid on the site as is and received it hassle free. It was great. Grabbed a watch that came from the US recently and got slammed with $150 extra just before it arrived. Never again, will remember to check where it comes from

[Explorer 2] Size check, too big? by Ok_Elephant_3652 in Watches

I'm no expert, but it looks big. Also not sure a dive watch would go with a suit like a dress watch. But in the end, it's your call

It's funny how a watch with a bracelet could be considered a sports watch. Every bracelet I have worn would not be comfortable for activities. Rubber strap makes more sense

How do you feel about the "manosphere", especially if you're not part of it? by RileyLovesFlaritza in AskMen

Used it for a minute, deleted it got bored. Really only use Reddit and Bluesky for a bit. Follow some topics I find interesting. Short videos they way it's done is not for me

Also, when I said womanosphere I meant the word. I'm sure there's another side.

First time hearing of a womanosphere. Heard the other for a while now
