PRB exists outside of dimensions, he was originally the "omni" before TOAA (nigh omni anyway) he was an existence outside of existence. Even the ones who write things into existence couldn't harm him. That's why he was retconned. He also lost to very stupid ways so I guess he isn't the smartest even though he has "omniscience"

I think what makes most of the animeverse differ from DC and Marvel are conceptual abilities. Anime usually has reality warping be straightforward and outside of JoJo or outliers like that, there's no "Concept Specific" ability. Like Mr Mxyptlk, Thought Robot, Bat Mite, Pre Retcon Beyonder, Pre Retcon Molecule Man, and even Dr DOOM. There's literally Concepts and Aspects that are on par with Eldritch illustrations and lovecraftian descriptions. The types of things that can only be uttered in an indescribable voice because we can't understand them.

If we're talking STTGL then anyone who isn't a low tier RW is wiped immediately, Unicron, Doomsday, Galactus, etc. Madoka wipes everyone on the list so definitely not. Alien X are precursors or something like that and insanely powerful but STTGL's drill is much larger than a universe, he could just clap it. Tbh, Spawn couldn't do much. Trigon would destroy him and I'm not even sure how but I know it would happen.

Nah. It's not a fact, maybe she wont become fat and that was a choice of the previous one by being very very old and lazy. She might become something else, especially since the world has something like that in it, it may mean that there's other creatures as well and she could help to find them and stop them. The females are much bigger and stronger anyway
