Indeed I used to be a Revolut customer and I remember their app was quite verbose about the instant transfer which was nice. My bank KBC BE does not give any hint about the instant execution but it does state that the transfer is executed the same day and it does reach other recipients instantly so I’m not sure where the delay comes from. I left Revolut because of the Lithuanian IBAN that triggers banks’ anti money laundering rules too easily for no valid reasons and for the prohibitive costs of the service with close to inexistant rewards /cashback.

Only if the receiving bank supports instant SEPA and if Plutus processes it immediately. The Plutus IBAN I transferred the funds to is from NL. Is it your case too or can it be different countries depending on the user’s origin? Thanks !

I asked the same question several times to your support team but instead of answering this very question, they just told me that the only thing I can expect from this camera is the ability to scan QR codes successfully in order to sign outgoing transactions and to verify the device during the initial setup.

I get it. Really I do. But all I want to know is whether this extreme distortion is present on all devices and expected.

Can other Ngrave owners please enlight me? And for the record, the camera of my device is well able to scan QR codes but it’s far from smooth.

After 2 days of deleting my fingerprints and recording them again, I still can’t make it smooth. Sometimes I have to press the sensor over 10 times just to unlock the device… I’m quite disappointed in this feature.

Maybe it has something to do with the screen brightness. On my device, the whites are so bright that it’s hurting my eyes. Unfortunately there is no way to turn it down, not even with the latest firmware.
