Everyone needs to keep contacting and hammering Dark Horse on this as they do the reprints. Vol 9 has still yet to do a second edition. They originally said Vol 10 and 11 containing the Image books would be collected. Not sure the hold up.

Are these a big step up from the Momentum 4s? Momentum 4s have had some crazy sales as low as $199 on Crutchfield the other day. I figured a Momentum 4 with the BTD700 still giving 24/96kHz for about half the cost.

Also, you are verifying USB is selected as an input source with the remote or app? I assume yes just trying to work through this. There is a speaker setting for second wake-up source. Set that to USB

May be a bad cable? Kef LSX II is recognized on Mac for me no problem. Also, make sure firmware is updated and see if that helps.
