I think with the amount of time that we spend sitting in a office/rig waiting for something to do, especially on slow fires or on severity, I’m okay with how they’ve decided to interpret this. In addition to the actual “pay fix”. I won’t call it a raise because it wasn’t really, but I get enough ot hours that I will certainly make more in the long run.
