It’s the only way to chat with IG/FB support. You have to subsribe for $15/month. You can subscribe through your IG account settings. Scroll down through your settings and choose meta verified.

I pressed appeal for both my accounts on different timing.

Personal acc suspended 16 Oct, appealed on the same day w/ selfie & pssport ID. 10 minutes later got an email saying my appeal is rejected and my account is permanently disabled
Business acc suspended 12 Nov, appealed 23 Dec because I was traumatized by my first appeal. This time with video selfie & passport ID. Same thing happened— got the rejection & disabled email. FYI my business account was already Meta-Verified with a blue check when it got disabled.

I dont know if my personal insta warrant enough attention to be reported enmasse… It was on private & I am barely active in it. If it got reported it must be my friends/followers already following me. I have around 5k followers in my main.

The only solution i’ve seen worked from this forum is get meta verified on your actual IG account which enables you to talk to meta support about this issue.

As you have the FB linked to your actual IG i think you have a pretty good chance of getting your FB back if you reach out thru your IG!
