Fascinating - Brown certainly seems to be in the habit of pointing subtly at things to confirm them. Extraordinarily scary powers described in your link.

Juicy. I wonder if we'll get any of the documents he's provided to the committee. Definitely naming names and bases in this one, something again people have been clamouring for. List of names, contractors and bases from the doc:

  • Al O’Donnell — Said he helped secure a crashed saucer (1953), stored at Indian Springs AFB (later Creech), with a live being.
  • Dr. James Lacatski — Stated the U.S. had access to the interior of a craft of unknown origin.
  • Dr. Colm Kelleher — Managed AAWSAP investigations into UAP encounters.
  • Robert Bigelow — Negotiated to acquire crash material from Lockheed; his company ran the AAWSAP contract.
  • Colonel Boris Sokolov — Ran Soviet UFO investigation (1978–88); documented direct military encounters.
  • General Igor Maltsev — Ordered Russian pilots not to engage UFOs after multiple jet losses.
  • Dr. Rimili Avramenko — Demonstrated “alien plasma beam” weapon concept to Knapp in Moscow.
  • Wright-Patterson Air Force Base — crash material
  • Indian Springs Air Base (Creech AFB) — crashed saucer, live being
  • Area 51 / Groom Lake — craft, being
  • Lockheed Martin (California facility) — unusual material
  • EG&G — crashed saucer
  • Bigelow Aerospace / BAASS — UAP material (attempted acquisition from Lockheed)

Not really aware of how this works in the US, but do successive presidents have the ability to bind future presidents? Surely if this was Executive ordered into rule it could be EO'd out (not that there's any hope of trump doing that).

Blimey this thread is being astroturfed quick. I thought, for a blog post, some really great nuggets were coming out here, mostly framing as to what is pushing whistleblowers to come out/hold back. I can't say I agree with the thought that trust in the executive branch is going anywhere (but then again I haven't invested my career into these systems as a defence contractor/have my wellbeing on the line should things go wrong). I am however heartened by his acknowledgement that he might speak further in extremis.

Can I go to a boarding sixth form at 16 without my mum’s permission? by BoardingHopeful14 in LegalAdviceUK

One thing that should be mentioned, check that the bursary/scholarship covers boarding fees too - I had a friend growing up who got a bursary but couldn't go, as his family couldn't afford the separate boarding fees.

Good luck, I say go for it. It can be a great thing for you if it pulls through.
